We are calling it quits!
Hi everybody,
Hi everybody,
I´m sorry to say this, but we will close down the group. It is of no use when there is no continued rotation of the books. I do not get many replies to my messages and it is a pity that some molys seem to have disappeared.
I offer to send out self addressed envelopes with the postage to anybody who needs it. It would be great if all the molys show up again.
Take care,
Kerstin

My entry before Joyce´s addition
Here are finally the pictures of my addition to the myth-moly. I drew this during my vacation where I didn´t have access to a scanner before passing the moly on. Thanks Joyce for sending me the scans. The other pics are from my camera.

The Wild Moly
I`m drawing moleskine crazy lately! I got Kerstin`s book from Fuerteventura two days ago and I was totally in a drawing mood to finish my entry.
the theme of this book is Mythology, and seriously I think I didn`t do very well on my last entry, so I`m going to work harder this time, and I`m pretty happy with it turns out.
actually I was going to draw something from "The Chronicles of Narnia" 'cause it fit the book theme better, but I suddenly changed my mind....
the drawing was from "Where the Wild Things Are"(Maurice Sendak`s most well-known children`s picture book), I had the book since I was little, and this fall they gonna have the movie, but I didn`t put many expection after seeing the trailer... I mean, I love the book and I admire Tom Hanks, but I just think the movie it too Hollywood style, Anyway- I hope you like the drawing Kerstin, 'cause it`s gonna be one of my fav moly drawings.
oh and comparing to my last entry, seriously, I think an year and half makes an artist grows alot, thanks to Moly_x.

My book in second round
Jeez, our last blog updated was in two monthes ago?
Looks everyone is busying at the moment.
a quick post here, I got my moly from Kerstin about... two weeks ago? then this would be how it looks so far.
I was kida failed at the first "Wolfy drawing", so I decided to add another drawing on my book....
not really satisfied with both drawings actually, let`s see what I can fix.
;)
by the way, the theme of my book in next round would be no theme, please draw anything you like, anything you`re good at..sketching, collage, doodling.. whatever, just have fun.

Down Town Boise - City Sketch....
Yea!! I have Joyce's moly done now!! Had a bit o' fun with this one... drew on some recycled handmade paper (I made about 18 months ago) then added bits and pieces to give it some more interest... I find it humorous that most Capital buildings all look the same... you can not get close to ours right now due to all the major construction going on while the city adds a new basement and right wing onto the Capital building.

medusa & pegasus
My addition to Kerstin's moly.....
Pegasus, the winged horse, was the son of Poseidon and Medusa. Medusa had been one of three beautiful sisters.
Athena was angered that Medusa met with Poseidon in one of her temples. She changed Medusa into a terrible monster. Zeus kept Pegasus out of the world to placate Athena. Pegasus (and the warrior Chrysaor) sprang from Medusa’s body after she was killed by Perseus.
